Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. Candidates should possess strong communication skills in Tamil and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Update customer interactions in the system accurately.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th or Any Graduate .
• Result Copy / Provisional Certificate is mandatory.
• Freshers can apply.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work from the office environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
