About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef to join our Café & Restaurant team in Dhanbad. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tandoor-based breads and dishes to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Tandoori Roti, Naan, Butter Naan, Kulcha and other breads.

• Prepare Kebabs, Tikka and other tandoor-based dishes.

• Maintain consistent taste, texture, portion size and presentation.

• Prepare and manage dough, marinades and tandoor ingredients.

• Operate the tandoor safely and efficiently.

• Maintain proper food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.

• Keep the tandoor area and equipment clean and organized.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Tandoor Chef is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Indian breads and tandoor dishes.

• Experience preparing Roti, Naan, Kulcha, Kebabs and Tikka.

• Ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe tandoor operation.

• Ability to work efficiently during busy restaurant hours.

• Hardworking, responsible and team-oriented attitude.
