Work you’ll do

• A member of Southeast Asia IT Team and collaborate with the Centre of Excellence team to support functional teams and vendors to ensure end-to-end user computing and service requirements are met.

• Provide technical guidance to internal users regarding use of computers and networks to satisfy business needs.

• Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure and daily operational responsibilities, such as perform technology refresh on Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, and Android, etc.

• Comfortable in working in a fast-paced work environment and can provide timely solution required by the business.

• Document how to guide, root cause and resolution in assigned ServiceNow tickets to facilitate knowledge article generation and perform regular updates on IT asset inventory.

Requirements:

If you are someone with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.
• Good written and oral English communication skills is essential
• At least 1-3 years working experience in supporting more than 200 users.
• Able to work independently and proactively in a team environment.
• Ability to use PowerShell or other scripting would be prioritized.
• Experience with M365, AI Agents, Power Automate, UI Path, Intune and administering Active Directory.
• Experience in supporting laptop and mobile devices OS on IOS/Android.
• Certified in ITIL foundation 4 or Microsoft Certifications.
