Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance targets set by the company for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO or similar industry.
• Excellent English and Hindi language proficiency with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
