Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily tank cleaning operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to client specifications
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaning technicians, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Implement and monitor adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies during all cleaning activities
• Conduct routine inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with sanitation standards and quality control measures
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow to meet project deadlines and client expectations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on progress, and address any concerns promptly
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning procedures, safety incidents, equipment maintenance, and team performance

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in industrial or commercial cleaning environments, with a focus on tank or vessel sanitation
• Strong background in custodial services, sanitation management, or janitorial work within industrial settings
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly at all levels
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning operations and hazardous materials handling
• Experience in managing large-scale cleaning projects involving complex equipment and strict compliance standards
• Familiarity with management practices in hospitality or housekeeping environments is a plus but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
