Tank Technician

Lighthouse Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious individuals to join our growing team as Tank Cleaning Field Technician.

We specialize in industrial cleaning, tank cleaning, waste management, environmental remediation, and industrial support services. We are looking for motivated individuals who are not afraid of hard work, take pride in getting the job done right, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a team that tackles challenging industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning of tanks, vacuum boxes, vessels, and other industrial containment systems.
• Operate pressure washers, pumps, hoses, and various light-duty industrial equipment.
• Assist with environmental remediation, spill cleanup, and industrial maintenance projects.
• Support vacuum truck operations, waste removal, and material handling activities.
• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company safety procedures, job site requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Perform physically demanding tasks in various industrial environments and weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Be available for overtime and extended work hours based on project demands.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Driver's License – REQUIRED
• TWIC Card – REQUIRED
• Must have reliable personal transportation to report to the company shop each morning.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be physically capable of performing demanding manual labor, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in extreme heat, cold, rain, and other challenging conditions.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime as needed.
• Must demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
• Previous experience in industrial cleaning, pressure washing, tank cleaning, or environmental services is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Typically 10-hour shifts
• Overtime and additional hours based on operational needs
• Schedule flexibility may be required depending on project assignments
