TANKER QUOTATION EXECUTIVE

Position: Tanker Quotation Executive

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for preparing and managing quotations for tanker-related products/services, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of commercial offers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and understand customer inquiries for tanker requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Collect tanker pricing, material cost, fabrication cost, transportation charges, and other related costs.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Management for costing and pricing.
• Calculate quotation values, discounts, GST, transportation, and other applicable charges.
• Prepare and submit quotations to customers within the required timeline.
• Maintain records of all quotations and customer inquiries.
• Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations.
• Revise quotations as per customer requirements and management approval.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for order confirmation and conversion.
• Maintain quotation status and prepare regular MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy of quantity, specifications, pricing, GST, payment terms, and delivery terms.
• Maintain confidentiality of company pricing and commercial information.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good calculation and costing skills.
• Knowledge of quotation preparation.
• Good communication and customer coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple quotations and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of GST, commercial terms, and transportation charges.
• ERP/software knowledge will be an advantage.

QUALIFICATION

Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
