Tanning salon manager

We’re looking for an organised, approachable Salon Manager to lead our Alloa team during maternity leave.

If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service, supporting a team and keeping a busy salon running smoothly, we’d like to hear from you.

The role

• Manage the salon’s day-to-day operations.
• Lead and support the team.
• Organise rotas and manage cover within company procedures.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and account queries professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safe working.
• Oversee stock, cash handling and salon administration.
• Support product sales, promotions and salon events.
• Ensure company policies and tanning safety procedures are followed.

About you

• Experience supervising or managing a team, ideally in a salon, retail or customer service setting.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• A reliable, calm and practical approach.
• Confidence supporting colleagues and resolving customer concerns.
