Taproom Bartender

Job Title: Taproom Bartender/kitchen

Variety of shifts available. Opening/closing/mid. Located at the Branson Landing.

3 part time positions available.

Job Summary:
Seven Arrows Taproom is looking for an engaging Bartender to provide attentive and friendly service to our customers. You will also be responsible for balancing the cash register, cooking food/appetizers in a quick cook oven, stock and replenishing supplies, light cleaning, and opening/closing duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Take beverage orders from customers as requested.
• Change and tap kegs when empty.
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.
• Monitor all customers for alcohol intake to appropriate levels.
• Assist in ensuring customers have a safe ride home, calling a taxi when appropriate.
• Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with customers.
• Keep bar area clean, safe, and organized.
• Take out trash. Clean and sanitize tables in taproom.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms during and at end of shift.
• Restock supplies of bar area and retail items.
• Use a quick cook convection oven to prepare appetizers for customers.
• Use point of sale Square Up system to collect credit card and cash transactions.

• Proficient with technology to input sales transactions.
• Able to work with a team or alone.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least one-year related experience.
• Knowledge of craft beer preferred.
• Other Requirements:
• Must be 21 years of age. (This is due to MO liquor license laws)
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to lift or move 60-pounds.
• Must be able to stand for an 8-10 hour shift.
• Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts and some holidays.

Must get Serve Safe Certificate and SMART Alcohol training within 30 days of hire date.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $20.00 per hour
