About the Role

As a Taproom Server, you’ll be the face of Richbrau Brewing — providing an exceptional, welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll work closely with the Manager on Duty (MOD) and fellow team members to ensure our taproom runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position primarily involves evening and weekend shifts. - MUST BE ABLE TO START WORK @ 2:30pm Weekdays & 11:30am Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with friendly, attentive service
• Communicate knowledgeably about our craft beer offerings
• Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and hospitality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately handle cash and point-of-sale transactions
• Collaborate with team members and assist with events as needed

Requirements

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience in high-volume food & beverage service preferred
• Knowledge of or strong interest in craft beer and the brewing industry
• Must have or be willing to complete VA ABC RSVP Training
• Availability to work nights and weekends

Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of taproom or bar operations
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and able to resolve customer concerns professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Perks

• Server Rate: $2.13/hr + tips *guaranteed minimum of $12.41/hr*
