Target Digital Network Analyst IV

Chiron Technology Services, Inc. currently has a Target Digital Network Analyst III career opportunity in the Ft Meade, MD area.

Capabilities:

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
• Apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies

Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience(no degree) or AA Degree plus 13 years or B.A. Degree plus 11 years.
• Master's Degree plus 9 years or PhD plus 7 years
• Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Relevant certs / training would include (but not limited to): Sec+, Net+, CEH, JCAC course

Compensation & Benefits:

• $209K-$219K / year
