🚀 We’re hiring a Target Operating Model Fees – Project Analyst

Who We're Looking For:

A person to join an international Risk Solutions team supporting business management, governance and transformation across a global organisation.

You’ll help strengthen the team’s operating model through clear analysis, structured reporting and effective coordination of strategic initiatives.

✅ Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Analyse the existing operating model and support the definition of the target model.
• Prepare documentation and analysis to help Project Managers and IT teams compare the current and target processes.
• Support the implementation of a standardized fee taxonomy, invoice families and related static data.
• Develop operational checklists and contribute to refining the invoice lifecycle.
• Support the implementation of new provisioning methodologies.

✅Skills & Experience

• Experience in business analysis, project support or operational process improvement.
• Understanding of accounts payable, invoicing, fee management, accruals or provisioning processes.
• Ability to analyse existing processes and contribute to the design of a target operating model.
• Experience documenting processes, requirements, procedures and checklists.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review invoice data and identify inconsistencies or improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work with static data, taxonomies and standardized process definitions.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with business, project management and IT teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, organized approach.
• Experience in financial services or banking is an advantage.
