Targeted Case Management Supervisor

Compass Care Integrated Health is seeking a part-time Targeted Case Management Supervisor to support the development and operation of its Florida mental health targeted case management program.

This is an active supervisory position involving program oversight, case manager supervision, documentation review, quality assurance, and compliance support.

Position details

• Job type: Part-time independent contractor
• Pay: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Approximately 2–4 hours per week initially
• Location: Remote within Florida

• Hours may increase as the program and caseload grow

Responsibilities

• Provide and document supervision for behavioral health case managers.
• Review assessments, service plans, progress notes, referrals, monitoring activities, and case closures.
• Monitor compliance with Florida Medicaid, AHCA, Florida Certification Board, and organizational requirements.
• Assist with developing and reviewing targeted case management policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Support case manager onboarding, training, and performance improvement.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and help prepare records for audits.
• Maintain required supervisory and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with company leadership regarding program implementation and service delivery.
• Participate in Florida Medicaid enrollment and credentialing activities that apply to the supervisor’s actual role and responsibilities.
• Complete and sign applicable enrollment or credentialing documents that accurately reflect the supervisory services being provided.
• Promptly report any change affecting certification, background screening eligibility, NPI status, or Medicaid participation.

Required qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor credential, listed by the Florida Certification Board as CBHCMS and sometimes written as CBHCM-S.
• Previous experience providing or supervising mental health targeted case management services.
• Knowledge of Florida Medicaid targeted case management documentation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to meet applicable Florida Medicaid enrollment, credentialing, background screening, and exclusion-check requirements.
• Individual National Provider Identifier or ability to obtain one if required for the position.
• Strong supervisory, documentation, communication, and quality assurance skills.
• Must reside in Florida and remain eligible to perform the required supervisory services.
