What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, costing, finance, or related areas; experience in the Hospital industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of unit costing, pricing, profit margin, break-even analysis, and benchmarking.
- Able to analyze and evaluate service tariffs, medical procedures, and hospital packages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly for data processing and analysis.
- Good understanding of hospital business processes and healthcare services.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills with various departments.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
