Duties

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination among departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Supervise and manage hospitality teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to promote a motivated work environment.
• Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently.
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management strategies and financial operations to maximize profitability.
• Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest data management.
• Coordinate night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with company policies.
• Lead human resources functions such as staffing, training, conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of customer service at all touchpoints.
• Monitor multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette to support effective communication with guests and team members.
• Conduct regular audits of hotel operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions swiftly.

Skills

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and team members.
• Proven experience supervising hospitality teams within a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Expertise in hospitality management systems such as property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation platforms.
• Excellent financial management skills including budgeting, revenue management, and managing hospitality operations budgets.
• Exceptional managerial communication skills for clear delegation, feedback delivery, and conflict resolution.
• Deep understanding of hotel guest service standards, guest relations, and customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee development in the hospitality industry.
• Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems handling high call volumes with professionalism.
• Ability to oversee daily hotel operations while maintaining focus on quality standards and operational efficiency.
