Taste Technician - Chef/Cook

Taste Technician – Hustlin Heights

Hustlin Heights is an up-and-coming spot with a unique vibe, a community-driven mission, and a whole lot of heart. We’re looking for a Taste Technician who isn’t just here to cook — but to live, breathe, and rep our mission every day.

If you’re self-motivated, creative, and hungry to help shape a growing menu and culture, this is your moment.

What You’ll Do:

• Be a rock star in the kitchen and keep the hustle alive.
• Help develop and elevate menu items as we grow.
• Hand-craft a large portion of our offerings — including sauces, dough, and hand-rolled appetizers.
• Execute core menu items like chicken wings, pizzas, and sandwiches with consistency and pride.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and a high standard of quality.
• Bring ideas, energy, and passion to the team every shift.
• Be part of building something special for the community.

Who We’re Looking For;

• Someone self-driven with solid cooking experience.
• Creative energy and willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• A team player who understands hospitality and wants to contribute to a community-focused brand.
• Someone who wants to get in on the ground level and help shape the future of our kitchen and team.

Why Join Us?

• Be part of a small, passionate, family-run operation.
• Real opportunity to grow with the business.
• Make your mark on a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.
• A culture built on hustle, creativity, and community.

If you’re ready to bring the heat, help us grow, and make your impact in the Heights — we want to meet you!
