Tasting Room Associate

Do you love creating great experiences for people? Are you friendly, personable, and interested in the NC wine industry?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Tasting Room Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events, or customer service who enjoys connecting with people and wants to learn more about wine.

You do NOT need to be a wine expert. We’ll provide the training. What we’re really looking for is someone who is warm, confident, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and create a warm, memorable tasting room experience
• Lead wine tastings and help guests discover wines they enjoy
• Educate guests about our wines and winery in a friendly, approachable way
• Provide exceptional customer service from arrival through departure
• Assist with wine, merchandise, and wine club sales
• Help set up and support special events
• Keep the tasting room clean, organized, and inviting
• Work closely with the team to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, hotel, retail, winery, event, or customer service experience strongly preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality and genuine enjoyment of interacting with people
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in wine and enthusiasm for learning more
• Ability to confidently recommend products and assist with sales
• Team player with a positive attitude

Compensation & Schedule

• $10 per hour + tips
• Flexible part-time schedule
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
• Additional hours may be available for special events and busy periods
