Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays, 4:00 PM–8:30 PM
Hours: Approximately 9 hours per week

About West Hills Vineyards

West Hills Vineyards offers guests a warm and welcoming wine country experience in a beautiful tasting room housed in a historic building just outside West Salem along Highway 22. Featuring expanded outdoor seating, handcrafted wines, and a light food menu prepared by our on-site chef, we take pride in creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our team as a Tasting Room Support / Dishwasher / Event Setup team member.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with basic food preparation in the kitchen.
• Wash dishes and load and unload the dishwasher.
• Set up and arrange tables and chairs for events.
• Restock wine bottles and supplies as needed.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Sweep and tidy the tasting room.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor seating and patio areas.
• Assist with general cleaning and other tasks to support daily operations and special events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, tasting room, hospitality, or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Oregon Food Handler’s Card.

Schedule and Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays, 4:00 PM–8:30 PM
• Hours: Approximately 9 hours per week
