Job Title:TA(Technical Assistance) to Head Mining Services

Need only Female candidate.

Role Purpose:

To assist the Head Mining Services in planning, coordination, data analysis, and monitoring of mining operations and technical functions, and to ensure seamless execution of projects, reporting, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

• Assist in reviewing and analysing technical reports, mine plans, and production data.
• Prepare presentations, technical summaries, and dashboards for internal and external reviews.

1. Project Monitoring:

• Track progress of key mining projects and activities as per timelines.
• Coordinate with different functional heads for timely data submission and updates.

1. MIS & Documentation:

• Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and reports for statutory and management reviews.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.

1. Communication & Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the Head of Mining Services and other departments.
• Organize and schedule internal/external meetings, site visits, and review sessions.

1. Compliance & Safety:

• Support in tracking statutory compliances
• Coordinate implementation and documentation of health, safety, and environmental standards.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and support in implementing best practices.
• *Follow up on actions from review meetings and drive closure.*Role & responsibilities

Educational Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech
• post qualification industry experience (mining pref, core field like steel)
• Exposure to mining industry/ operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with good MS Office/Project knowledge
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
