Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Developer with strong hands-on experience in Rust and Tauri to design, develop, and maintain high-performance desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have solid software development fundamentals and experience building applications using the Tauri framework with Rust and modern frontend technologies.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Rust
• Strong experience with Tauri / Tauri 2.x
• Experience building desktop applications using Tauri
• Strong understanding of Rust ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, concurrency, and error handling
• Experience integrating Rust backend with frontend applications
• Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Git and version control
• Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Tauri plugins and native OS integrations
• Experience with SQLite or other local databases
• Knowledge of Tokio / async Rust
• Experience with IPC between frontend and Rust backend
• Experience with desktop application security
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD
• Experience with Windows/macOS/Linux desktop applications
• Familiarity with application packaging, signing, and deployment
