Tax Accountant

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Perform bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions
• Provide payroll processing and payroll support
• Maintain accurate financial and tax records
• Assist with client documentation and data collection
• Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to emails
• Organize and maintain files and office records
• Support day-to-day office operations as needed
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is required
