Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, estates, and trusts.
• Assist with tax planning, research, compliance, and advisory services for individuals and privately held businesses.
• Work with clients across a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, manufacturing, professional services, and other business sectors.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide proactive guidance on complex tax matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, and accounting teams to deliver exceptional client service.
• For senior and management-level positions, review complex returns, oversee engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

Tax Accountant

• 1+ years of tax preparation experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA eligibility is a plus.

Senior Tax Accountant

• 3+ years of tax preparation experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns.
• Strong tax research, compliance, and analytical skills.
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.

Tax Manager

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing client engagements.
• Strong tax planning, consulting, and advisory experience.
• Previous staff supervision or mentoring experience.
• CPA strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience and position level (subject to client approval).
