• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to tax filings.
• Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy in financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support bookkeeping activities by maintaining detailed records of transactions, expenses, and investment activities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and forecasts that align with tax planning strategies.
• Manage payroll-related tax filings and ensure proper reporting of employee compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
• Knowledge of auditing procedures and experience supporting audit processes.
• Familiarity with financial services industry practices is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation techniques.
• Experience managing accounts payable processes and investment-related transactions.

Pay: $79,500.00-$101,000.00 per year
