Tax Analyst – Spanish Payroll

Experience: 3+ Years

We are looking for a Functional Tax Analyst with strong experience in Spanish Payroll and Taxation .

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Payroll Tax / Spanish Payroll .
• Strong knowledge of Spain Payroll, IRPF, Social Security, and statutory requirements .
• Experience in payroll tax calculation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting .
• Good understanding of Spanish tax regulations and payroll processes .
• Ability to analyze payroll/tax issues and provide functional solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with business and technical teams .
• Exposure to payroll systems, configuration, testing, UAT, and implementation .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Spanish Payroll experience is mandatory.
