Tax Assistant

Job Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Assistant / Account Exceutive with complete knowledge of TDS filing, Income Tax return preparation, and related compliance using software. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of taxation laws, deadlines, and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, etc.) .

Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies using Genius.

Reconciliation of TDS ledgers and Form 26AS.

Generation and filing of TDS certificates (Form 16/16A).

Knowledge of GST (R), Filings, Challan Preparations.

ROC Forms Filing.

Assistance in Tax Audit data compilation and Uploading

Hands on Online filing of Returns / Forms/ Challans under various statues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com).

Minimum 13 years of experience in TDS and Income Tax filings.

Proficiency in related software is mandatory.

Good knowledge of Income Tax Act, TDS provisions, and latest updates.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting tools.

Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines independently.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines.

Coordination with clients for required documents and clarifications.
