Tax Assistant (URGENT)

Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities)

Be responsible for basic matters related to corporate tax compliance at three countries level(Including Philippines, Papua New Guinea and Fiji)

1、 Assist in entering tax information in the payment e-flow (Tax Verify) and ensure the accuracy of the tax amount corresponding to the payment.

2、 Assist in issuing and reviewing WHT certificates.

3、 Assist in the interconnection with external tax advisory services, including the application for service requirements, PO issuance, invoice acceptance, and payment follow-up.

4、 Prepare data, calculate tax, check documents, and file tax returns for some types of taxes.

5、 Complete other tasks assigned by the CFO and Tax manager.

Qualifications: (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills)

• Strong sense of responsibility, being diligent, responsible, and patient in handling tax-related tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.

• Self-disciplined, focused on work, and making solid contributions to one's job position.

• Strong sense of time management, planning tasks effectively, and managing the process efficiently.

• Strong team spirit, willing to help others, and committed to maximizing collective benefits.

• Excellent communication skills, establishing effective dialogue, and promoting problem resolution.

• Certified tax technician and has work experience in the tax-relevant area will be preferred.
