What they need
- Prepare working papers for the computation, reconciliation, and review of tax reports and returns, including eSales, Withholding VAT (WVAT), Final Withholding Tax (FWT), and Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT).
- Prepare and submit eSales reports accurately and on or before the prescribed deadlines.
- Prepare, file, and facilitate the payment of WVAT, FWT, and EWT returns, including the submission of corresponding alphalists, on or before the prescribed deadlines.
- Prepare and issue the appropriate BIR Form 2306 and BIR Form 2307 certificates for remitted withholding taxes.
- Collect, organize, and maintain supporting documents for Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) returns, zero-rated transactions (e.g., diplomatic and RBE transactions), importation documents, and Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT) certificates.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of annual tax and reportorial requirements, including loose-leaf accountable forms, computerized books of accounts, inventory lists, transfer pricing documentation, tax treaty relief applications, and audited financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of supporting documents and schedules required for BIR and Bureau of Customs (BOC) audits and examinations.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax working papers, schedules, certificates, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor applicable tax filing and payment deadlines and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.
