Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of tax accounting principles and be adept at utilizing various financial software tools. This role is essential in assisting clients with their tax preparation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable financial insights. Bonuses are paid based off performance! Duties

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Basic Tax knowledge with ATLEAST 1 Full season of verifiable experience.
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Prior experience in tax preparation or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
