Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associates to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in US Taxation. The selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and work closely with experienced tax professionals to develop their knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing US individual and business tax returns.
• Enter and verify tax-related financial information accurately.
• Review documents and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Assist senior tax professionals with tax preparation and related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Communicate with team members regarding work-related requirements and updates.
• Learn and apply basic concepts of US Taxation and tax preparation software.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

Eligibility:

• Any graduate with a bachelor's degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with a background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Taxation will be preferred.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a US/night shift.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
