Tax Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, reports, and related documents.
• Prepare and organize tax-related schedules, supporting documents, and records.
• Assist in the preparation of withholding tax certificates and other tax documents.
• Monitor tax filing and payment deadlines to ensure timely compliance.
• Encode and maintain accurate tax and accounting records.
• Reconcile tax-related accounts and assist in identifying discrepancies.
• Assist in processing government forms and requirements related to BIR compliance.
• Maintain organized and updated files of tax returns, receipts, certificates, and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance teams regarding tax-related concerns.
• Assist in responding to BIR inquiries, requests, and documentation requirements when necessary.
• Assist in monitoring and validating invoices, receipts, and other documents for tax compliance.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Accounting/Finance Department.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in tax preparation, accounting, or finance-related work.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and BIR requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work near Bridgetowne Pasig City

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
