Tax Business Enablement Associate

Role Overview: This position involves supporting senior partners and managing directors by coordinating engagement activities, analyzing data, overseeing billing and reconciliation, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires acting as a primary contact for portfolio management, ensuring smooth engagement operations, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize revenue and efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage engagement setup, billing, and financial processes; supervise offshore resources; develop and execute client-specific strategies; coordinate administrative support and meetings; and maintain stakeholder communication with professionalism and discretion.
• Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, data analysis, and research skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; and effective time management to handle multiple projects.
