Tax Compliance & Advisory Support

This role forms part of a high‑performing global tax team responsible for worldwide consolidated tax provision, analysis, and reporting. The position plays a key role in coordinating global tax data, supporting statutory and management reporting, and contributing to cross‑functional tax initiatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Role Focus: Tax Compliance & Advisory Support

• Manage global withholding tax documentation for cross‑border payments.
• Support tax compliance activities, including monthly general ledger reviews and expense categorization for South African trading entity.
• Monitor global VAT rates on a quarterly basis.
• Assist with data collection for Indian and UK tax compliance requirements.
• Support global tax audits and information requests, including research and draft responses.
• Participate in ad hoc tax projects and initiatives, as required.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a large corporate or Big Four tax environment.
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
• Solid understanding of global tax provision and compliance processes.
• Exposure to both direct and indirect taxes preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data, improve processes, and leverage technology.
• Strong communication skills with experience working in geographically diverse teams.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven global environment.
