Tax Executive

We’re Hiring: Tax Executive

We are looking for a Tax Executive to support our Tax function in managing day-to-day tax compliance, tax administration, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle routine tax compliance activities, including tax calculation, payment, filing, reconciliation, and supporting documentation.
• Support tax audits and examinations by preparing required data, documents, reconciliations, and follow-up responses.
• Provide tax advice and clarification to internal users on day-to-day transactions and applicable tax treatment.
• Manage departmental administration, including budget monitoring, approval memos, payment-related documentation, and other internal administrative processes.
• Maintain proper tax documentation and records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Finance and other relevant functions to resolve tax-related matters and support timely compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Tax, preferably with hands-on exposure to corporate tax compliance.
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations and general tax administration.
• Experience supporting tax audits or tax examinations is preferred.
• Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and providing practical tax guidance.
• Good attention to detail, administrative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
