Job Title: Tax Executive/Manager – Outsourced Tax Computation

• About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Executive/Manager to manage outsourced tax computation assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will manage tax compliance engagements, ensure accuracy and timeliness of tax computations, and provide technical guidance to both internal teams and clients.

• Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end outsourced tax computation engagements for corporate clients.

• Review and prepare tax computations in compliance with relevant tax regulations and reporting standards.

• Ensure timely submission of tax filings and related compliance requirements.

• Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve tax-related queries.

• Identify tax risks and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations.

• Keep up to date with changes in Singapore tax laws, regulations, and industry practices.

• Support tax audits, reviews, and inquiries from tax authorities when required.

• Improve internal processes and workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

• Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA, CTA) is preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in public accounting or outsourcing environments.

• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax computation and compliance.

• Experience managing client engagements and leading teams.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel.
