Tax Intern

Job Desctiption:
Motnhly Withholding Tax (WHT) Compliance

• Issue WHT certificates through Coretax
• Verify withholding tax transactions against supporting documents
• Prepare Coretax billing code and internal payment proposals for WHT payments
• Submit monthly WHT returns
• Distribute WHT certificates to relevant parties
• Prepare WHT reconciliations, including BlackLine reconciliations
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve outstanding reconciling items

Preparation of nominative list for entertainment expenses

• Other support activities (tax audit, statutory audit, SoX compliance, other ad-hoc as necessary)

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university
• Ability to handle monthly tax return filing, tax reconciliations, tax administration, tax audit/objection/appeal
• Practical experience with Coretax Indonesia tax application
• MS Office and Accounting Software literature
• Has deep knowledge in accounting and tax regulation
• Brevet A&B certified
• Excellent analytical skills, logical thinker and problem solving
• Independent, proactive, and detail oriented
• Good communication
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines
