- Draft submissions and defend cases before tax authorities.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws & procedures.
Required Candidate profile
CA/Tax professional with strong expertise in Tax litigation, GST & Income Tax appeals, notices and SCNs. Experience in drafting submission, representing cases before tax authorities is preferred.
