What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with business and individual tax clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor on business tax planning and compliance matters
• Review tax engagements while ensuring exceptional client service
• Coach, mentor, and develop tax professionals across the practice
• Manage workflow, staffing, and project deadlines
• Support the continued growth of the Tax Services practice throughout the Chicagoland market

What We're Looking For

• Active CPA license
• Current experience within public accounting
• Strong experience in business and individual taxation
• Proven client relationship skills
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising tax professionals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
