Tax Manager

What You’ll Do

• Manage Malaysia corporate income tax, indirect tax and withholding tax compliance.
• Oversee stamp duty matters, filings and deadlines.
• Handle tax audits, queries and correspondence with tax authorities.
• Manage tax incentive applications and ongoing compliance.
• Provide tax advice and support for business initiatives.
• Support current and deferred tax preparation.
• Support BEPS 2.0 / Pillar Two implementation.
• Oversee transfer pricing requirements, including Local File, Master File and related filings.
• Support tax structuring for business activities, including M&A and joint ventures.
• Keep up to date with the latest Malaysia tax developments.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant tax experience.
• Experience from Big 4 and/or in-house tax environment is preferred.
• Experience in Malaysia stamp duty is an added advantage.
• Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking principals and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia tax regulations and compliance.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
