Tax Manager

We’re seeking to connect a Senior Associate with a leading company in the tax credit and investment industry on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid and located in Atlanta, with two days per week in the office. As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team and leverage your expertise in tax, financial operations, and detail-oriented transaction management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage state tax credit inventory across multiple states and coordinate investor placements across funds.
• Review transaction details to ensure investor needs, available credits, and supporting documentation align accurately.
• Support film and entertainment tax credit transactions through diligence and review of audit support, tax certificates, and related materials.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding available credits, investor requirements, and transaction status.
• Prepare and file tax credit transfer documentation while verifying investor information, transfer amounts, and other critical details.
• Manage multiple deadline-driven priorities with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and ownership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, with public accounting tax experience preferred.
• College degree required.
• CPA required.
• Strong understanding of tax processes and familiarity with tax returns and related documentation.
• Exceptional organization, diligence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing deadlines.

Expected Pay and Benefits:

• $90,000–$100,000 base salary, with an approved 10–20% performance and company-dependent bonus opportunity.
