Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Must be a CPA with at least 6 years of recent public accounting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role in a professional services firm providing tax compliance services.
• Experience in reviewing consolidated corporate returns, flow through entities, and individual tax returns for middle market businesses and high net worth individuals.
• Ability to provide tax compliance and advisory services to clients of various sizes and complexities.
• Manage tax engagements, including analyzing and resolving complex income tax matters.
• Develop a high level of expertise in one or more specialized industry areas while still maintaining a strong foundation as a "generalist".
• Estate and/or international tax experience is desired.
