Tax Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible for handling daily tax activities, ensuring accurate tax calculations, reporting, documentation, and compliance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and calculate monthly tax obligations.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and related tax reports.
• Prepare and issue tax invoices and withholding tax documents.
• Maintain complete and accurate tax records and supporting documents.
• Perform tax reconciliation and ensure tax data is properly recorded.
• Monitor tax payment and reporting deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and company policies.
• Assist in tax audits and provide required supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and other departments regarding tax matters.
• Keep updated with changes in tax regulations and their impact on company operations.
• Perform other tax-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tax or a related position.
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation, including VAT and Income Tax (PPh).
• Familiar with e-Faktur, e-Bupot, DJP Online/Coretax, and other tax systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting/ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in property, retail, hospitality, or service-related industries is an advantage.
