Tax Officer

Key Accountabilities of the role:

• Tax Audit
• Tax Advisory on Cross Border Transactions (and intercompany cross-border transactions)
• Full ownership of Philippines tax compliance and advisory
• Managing tax audits with BIR
• Drafting of audit protest letters
• Preparing local Transfer Pricing documentation
• Worked on restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, or other significant advisory projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with extensive TAX experience in the Philippines.
• Candidate should have excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Deep knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, including corporate Income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, personal income tax (PIT),
• documentary stamp tax (DST), and transfer pricing.
• Experience with tax audits, tax planning, tax advisory, and compliance processes.
• Strong understanding of international taxation and cross-border transactions.
• Familiarity with tax implications of M&A and corporate restructurings.
• Knowledge of BIR electronic filing systems (eFPS/eBIR) and compliance platforms.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
