We are looking for motivated, dependable, and self-driven Tax Preparers to join our team for the upcoming tax season.

Your Responsibilities

• Market yourself and actively find your own clients Promote your tax preparation services consistently Prepare accurate federal and state tax returns Collect and review required client documentation Communicate professionally with clients Follow IRS due-diligence and documentation requirements Protect confidential taxpayer information Stay responsive and organized throughout tax season

Important

Clients are NOT provided. Each Tax Preparer is responsible for marketing, networking, and bringing in their own clients. We provide the software, marketing materials, training, resources, and support to help you build and grow.

Who We’re Looking For

We want individuals who are:

• Self-motivated and willing to market themselves Comfortable finding and building their own clientele Coachable and able to accept constructive feedback Reliable and professional Willing to learn and stay consistent Goal-oriented and interested in creating an additional stream of income Comfortable using social media and other marketing methods to attract clients

Tax preparation experience is a plus, but motivated individuals who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
