Job Summary

We are seeking at Royal Elite Tax Solutions and detail-oriented Tax Preparer and Office Manager to join our team! In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and managing daily office operations. Your expertise in accounting software, tax reporting, and client communication will drive our success. Duties

• Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns using advanced tax preparation software and stay current with tax law changes
• Ensure all tax documents are accurate, complete, and submitted timely in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and overseeing administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with tax questions, document collection, and ongoing support
• Conduct client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and outreach to expand our customer base
• Maintain proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting tools to support bookkeeping and financial reporting needs
• Collaborate with clients on complex tax issues like partnership taxes, corporate accounting, and financial analysis to optimize their tax positions

Requirements

• Proven experience in public accounting or a similar role with a focus on tax preparation and compliance
• Strong knowledge of tax law, individual and corporate tax reporting, and partnership tax expertise
• Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and other financial management tools
• Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail for accurate math calculations and 10 key typing accuracy
• Exceptional client communication skills to explain complex tax concepts clearly and build lasting relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards
• Experience with bookkeeping, technical accounting practices, and financial concepts is highly desirable
