About the Role

Intuit is opening new TurboTax locations across the U.S. and looking for seasonal Local Service Experts — trusted advisors who combine tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers achieve better financial outcomes.

You'll provide full-service tax prep, advice, and calculations for in-person and virtual clients, from simple W-2s to complex business, investment, or amendment situations. You'll also be the connective thread to Intuit's broader team — bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory — ensuring every client gets a seamless, end-to-end experience. And you'll help grow TurboTax's local presence through outreach, referrals, and community events, using Intuit's marketing tools and support.

What You'll Do:

• Provide Tax Expertise — Full-service prep and advice for simple to complex returns; uncover deductions and provide tax planning guidance.
• Be a Community Ambassador — Build your local client base through outreach, referrals, partnerships, and events like financial literacy workshops.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem — Connect clients to complementary services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Build Relationships — Turn one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year client relationships.
• Deliver a Best-in-Class Experience — Professional, empathetic service in-person and via video.

Who You Are:

• Tax Associate & Expert: 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using pro tax software.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and excited to build a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Strong communicator with excellent customer service instincts; proficient with tax software.
