Position Summary

As a Tax Preparer, you will assist clients with preparing and filing individual tax returns while providing exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are detail-oriented, and are eager to learn a valuable professional skill.

Responsibilities

Interview clients to gather tax-related information

Prepare and review individual tax returns

Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information

Assist clients with tax-related questions and concerns

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the tax preparation process

Complete required training and ongoing professional development

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic computer proficiency

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Prior tax preparation experience is a plus but not required
