We are seeking motivated, energetic, and self-driven Tax Professionals to join our growing tax preparation team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are willing to learn, and have the motivation to build and grow their own client base. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining your own clients while receiving professional training, access to our tax preparation and electronic filing resources, and company-provided marketing materials to help promote your services. Responsibilities Build and maintain your own client base through networking, referrals, marketing, and community outreach. Meet with clients to gather the necessary information and documents for tax preparation. Prepare accurate federal and state tax returns in accordance with applicable tax laws and company procedures. Maintain professional and confidential relationships with clients. Communicate clearly with clients regarding required documentation and tax preparation needs. Stay current on tax preparation procedures and participate in required training. Follow all company policies, compliance requirements, and IRS regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for client files. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally. Training and Company Support Tax Professionals will receive access to: Professional tax preparation training. Training opportunities to help develop tax knowledge and preparation skills. Access to electronic filing (e-filing) resources through the company, subject to applicable authorization and compliance requirements. Marketing materials, which may include flyers, business cards, and digital promotional materials. Company support and resources to assist with building a successful tax preparation business. Opportunities to grow professionally within the company. Qualifications The ideal candidate should be: Energetic, motivated, and self-driven. Willing to learn and attend required training. Comfortable finding and building their own client base. Outgoing with strong communication and customer service skills. A good listener who can understand client needs. Organized and able to handle confidential information responsibly. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently while following company policies and procedures. Previous tax preparation experience is preferred but not required. Training may be available for qualified individuals. Compensation Compensation will be based on the company's established pay structure and may depend on factors such as the number of clients serviced, tax returns completed, and applicable company agreements. Pay: $500.00 - $5,000.00 per day
