Key Responsibilities

• Process and file electronic tax returns and payments.
• Handle 500-750+ tax filings and payments monthly with accuracy.
• Review and respond to tax notices from jurisdictions.
• Maintain records and update information in internal systems.
• Communicate with clients and tax authorities to resolve queries.
• Generate reports using Excel and other tools.
• Support new client onboarding and tax account setup.
• Process incoming mail and tax correspondence.
• Ensure all tax-related deadlines are met.
