Key Responsibilities

• Prepare increasingly complex tax returns accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Manage project activities independently to ensure engagements are completed within scope and budget
• Develop an understanding of client operations to identify opportunities and recommend solutions
• Mentor and support junior staff in developing technical and professional skills
• Contribute insights and lessons learned to enhance firm knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Build strong client relationships through responsiveness and effective communication

• Assist with proposal development and business development initiatives
