Tax Software Specialist Responsibilities

The Tax Software Specialist will assist tax professionals with selecting, setting up, and utilizing the appropriate tax software and CRM solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Tax preparer profile setup
• CRM setup and client-management workflows
• Software troubleshooting and technical support
• Client onboarding workflow configuration
• Training preparers on tax software and CRM functionality
• Tax return preparation and quality-control review
• E-file and electronic submission support
• Maintaining compliance with applicable IRS requirements
• Helping tax offices maximize the features available through their tax software and CRM
